Oilfield Waste Water Treatment
In the process of oilfield development, a large amount of oil production wastewater will inevitably be produced. With the prolongation of oil production time, the produced water will increase continuously, some even reach more than 90%. The sewage treatment volume will increase rapidly, which brings tremendous pressure to environmental protection. At present, for most petroleum enterprises, the wastewater treatment process is still in the traditional technology, and the treated water quality is difficult to meet the national drainage standards and water quality requirements.
Since 2017, the technology of manufacturing technology has been developed for the treatment of oil production wastewater, and the results have been achieved. Main technologies:
1.Water treatment chemicals
TRI-COLOR series of depolymerizers are specially developed by the Chemical Laboratory of Manufacturing Science and Technology according to the composition of waste liquid produced in different oil and gas exploitation. Depolymerizer can quickly destroy the mud structure of the finished product system, change the structure, quickly decompose into small molecules, unbalance of bridge action and disintegration of the system. In addition to structural damage, depolymerizer can also degrade COD concentration.
SNF coagulation technology is a kind of coagulant specially developed by French SNF according to field samples. The product quality conforms to international standards, hydrolysis speed is fast, water permeability is strong, and it fully matches TABS + system of product science and technology.
2. Three-phase mixed air flotation system
Special three-phase mixer, high pressure air dissolution/reagent molecule lifting/coagulation flocculation stirring (pollutant capture), floc formation/bubble nucleation formation/ultra-light hollow floc formation. The innovative eddy current three-phase mixer can effectively extend the molecular chain of chemical agents, make full use of the charges originally coiled in the chemical molecules, and increase the pollutant capture capacity of the agents by tens of times.
3.Adsorption of nano-carbon electrode
EST(Electro-Sorption Technology) can also be called capacitive deionization technology.It is a new water treatment technology that uses the phenomenon of ion and charged particles adsorbed on the surface of charged electrodes to enrich and concentrate dissolved salts and other charged substances in water on the surface of electrodes to achieve water purification/desalination.
Compared with traditional deionization technology, electroadsorption has many advantages.
(1) The Electrosorption technology has the advantages of low pollution and high energy utilization, no by-products will be produced in the whole process, and it is environmentally friendly.
(2) The electroadsorption process is simple to operate.
(3) The electroadsorption technology has a high utilization rate of resources and can separate substances with low content which are difficult to be separated by conventional methods.
Manufacturing technology uses nano-carbon material as the preferred electrode material, which has large surface area and more than 25 times the adsorbability of conventional materials. Nano carbon electrode adsorption technology is suitable for the treatment of chloride ion in fracturing fluid, and can completely replace the traditional membrane technology.
