Harmless treatment of drilling mud
Waste mud is one of the main pollution sources in oil and gas industry. It is a stable colloidal suspension system containing clay, heavy materials, various chemical treatment agents, sewage, waste oil and drilling cuttings. The main components harming the environment are hydrocarbons, salts, polymers, lignosulfonates, impurities in some metal ions (mercury, copper, arsenic, chromium, zinc and lead) and barite. In order to prevent waste drilling mud from polluting the environment, it must be treated.
Waste drilling cuttings, mud and wastewater separated by vibration screen, desilter and centrifuge are sent to the dispersed cutting and homogenizing device by screw conveyor. Drilling cuttings and drilling fluids are the main discharging materials from drilling operations to cuttings layers. The cuttings are pumped to cuttings separator by hose suction. The filtrate is directly sent to drilling fluid circulation box through pipeline for production, and the cuttings are collected and sent to brick making device or landfill. Mud and drilling fluid are the main discharging materials from drilling operation to the mud layer. Pumps are sent to the coagulation tank by adding gel breakers and coagulant aids through the pipeline mixer for gel breaking and flocculation, so that the liquid and solid phase in the mud are separated, and primary mud water is separated into the dryer or filter press, and mud cake is collected and sent to the coagulation tank. The leachate is lifted to centralized landfill. The separated cuttings and mud cakes are collected by adding stones, cement and curing agent in proportion, and then mixed evenly to the brick making machine to make bricks or to fill the landfill after curing with curing agent or curing agent.
The processing of manufactured scientific and technological drilling mud has a specific scheme:
1、Sulfonated mud treatment
Manufacturing technology has been developing technology for environmental protection treatment of sulfonated slurry. Washing technology has been successful, and its comprehensive cost is far lower than pyrolysis technology. The oil content, heavy metals and COD after washing can meet the industry standard.
2.Heavy metal slurry treatment
For sludge with excessive heavy metals, we add heavy metal chelating agent in the washing process to solve the problem of excessive slurry after treatment.
